Questions for Part 2: 1. In the scene where Mildred and Montag read books together, what are their separate reactions?      Mildred is just scared, really. She doesn't want the firefighters to burn everything in their house, because that means no more parlor. Montag just wants Mildred to understand why he has the books. 2. What is the effect throughout sections I and II, of the bombers flying over? It creates a sense of fear.
